A long-term investment
I bought two units - a 1 BHK and a 2 BHK - in Sunworld City on Yamuna Expressway last year. The smaller unit cost me 18 lakh and the bigger one, around 27 lakh. The price of my unit hasn’t appreciated in the last nine months; however it’s a long-term investment as I know this area will take some years to develop.
Considering that many institutional and industrial schemes have been launched by Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, the real estate market in this area will certainly grow in the future.
The Metro coming to Greater Noida is another positive aspect. Also, many corporates such as NIIT etc are setting up their offices here.
The developer has promised us a lot of amenities such as a flower garden, a Zen garden, a club, a swimming pool, a kids pool, an open air amphitheater, a party lawn, a sit out for senior citizens, a badminton court to name a few.
Besides the amenities, the township has a great location. It has direct access from the highway and is close to the largest sports city in the country.
It’s just 10 minutes from India’s first proposed Night Safari. I am quite hopeful that my investment will give me good returns in the
