Com­mu­nity and com­mer­cial fa­cil­i­ties: These fa­cil­i­ties such as club, com­mu­nity cen­tre, con­ve­nience shops, nurs­ery schools etc come un­der com­mon ar­eas and fa­cil­i­ties in the Apart­ment Act Builders own com­mu­nity fa­cil­i­ties: With Supreme Court’s in­ter­pre­ta­tion of the real es­tate acts of Haryana, now the com­mu­nity and com­mer­cial fa­cil­i­ties are no more a part of com­mon ar­eas and fa­cilites Un­di­vided in­ter­est: Each apart­ment owner shall be en­ti­tled to an un­di­vided in­ter­est in the com­mon ar­eas and fa­cil­i­ties and such per­cent­age shall be com­puted by tak­ing as a ba­sis the value of the apart­ments in re­la­tion to the value of the prop­erty Com­mon prof­its: The act says the RWA will earn money from rent­ing out com­mon ar­eas and fa­cil­i­ties. The earn­ing will be utilised for the main­te­nance of the com­mon ar­eas and fa­cil­i­ties. The bal­ance is com­mon profit of the res­i­dents
