Draft development plan (DP) approved by Pune Municipal Corporation proposes “two additional FSI or a 50% discount in the paid FSI to those properties which have solar and wind energy equipment installed.”

The property owner should use equipment approved by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE).
