Nyayk­hand and Gyank­hand are sit­u­ated i n t he heart of Ghazi­abad, be­tween Indi­rana­gar and Vaishali and they have good so­cial and phys­i­cal in­fra­struc­ture. These sec­tors are bounded by Sucheta Kri­plani Marg along the north­west, Kala Patthar Marg along the east and NH-24 or AH-2 in the south. Sev­eral property types are avail­able in this area along with builder floors and stu­dio apart­ments. Since the res­i­den­tial sec­tors are de­vel­oped by Ghazi­abad De­vel­op­ment Author­ity (GDA), all the ameni­ties in­clud­ing wa­ter, elec­tric­ity and roads are main­tained by the Ghazi­abad Mu­nic­i­pal Cor­po­ra­tion.

Ac­cord­ing to a study con­ducted in the area, the wa­ter qual­ity in Indi­ra­pu­ram and sur­round­ing ar­eas was found to be in poor. The TDS (to­tal dis­solved solids) of borewell wa­ter is found to be more than 500 ppm, which makes it un­suit­able for drink­ing di­rectly.

Nyayk­hand 2 mostly com­prises Makan­pur ur­ban vil­lage and projects avail­able here in­clude Apex Royal Heights and VXL East­ern Heights. It is well con­nected to NH-24 and Vaishali Metro sta­tion. The Indi­ra­pu­ram Pub­lic School, lo­cated in this sec­tor and well con­nected to other ar­eas in the vicin­ity, is an im­por­tant land­mark.
