Neeraj Singh Bhabauria, who was looking for options in Lucknow, used the opportunity to book a unit for himself at the fair. “The HT Estates Fair offered an excellent platform to book a unit. I had been contemplating buying an apartment in Lucknow for quite some time as I visit the place often. I decided to hop across to Connaught Place and booked the 2BHK unit that cost me ₹ 35 lakh. I also received a special discount by the company for booking the unit at the fair,” he says.
A large number of people turned up at the exhibition and hoped to take an informed decision soon. Sadhana Singh, who lives in Delhi and works in Gurgaon, visited the fair to explore options for a 2BHK apartment. “I’m looking for an apartment near my work place. I am willing to wait for a new launch as the price will be more affordable than projects that are already getting ready for possession. A fair like this makes it easy for me to compare prices, quality and specification of projects under one roof,” she said.
Harsh Deepak Arora, an executive working in a multinational in Gurgaon, too, is looking for options and wants something closer to his workplace. His budget, however, is not more than a crore. “I am willing to wait for a few more months as I expect more launches to have taken place by then. The fair gave me an opportunity to look around for options,” he says.
