Real­tors not to pass the bur­den on to home­buy­ers

Realty de­vel­op­ers with projects along Ya­muna Ex­press­way say that they will not raise any new de­mand from home­buy­ers in the wake of YEIDA’s decision to charge an ad­di­tional amount

While the dom­i­nant real es­tate player on Ya­muna Ex­press­way Jaiprakash As­so­ciates Limited re­fused to com­ment on the decision of Ya­muna Ex­press­way In­dus­trial De­vel­op­ment Au­thor­ity to pay 64.7% hiked com­pen­sa­tion to the farm­ers and re­cover the amount from all the al­lot­tees, other de­vel­op­ers in the area and real es­tate ex­perts are of the view it’s a set­back to the prop­erty mar­ket in the re­gion.
