1. In 2011-12, Jaypee launches Kristal Court in Sec­tor 128, the lay­out plan of which shows a golf course sur­rounded by 11 tow­ers of 20 to 26 storeys 2. Mo­hin­der Ku­mar Bhatla and Avi­ral Bhatla, joint al­lot­tees of an apart­ment in Kristal Court, file a pe­ti­tion in the Al­la­habad High Court on April 24, 2015 and al­lege that Noida Au­thor­ity has al­lowed re­vi­sion of the orig­i­nal lay­out plan of Kristal Court 3. Bhat­las al­lege that while the Kristal Court pro­ject has been re­duced to a ‘small pro­ject with four tow­ers’, another new pro­ject, Ma­h­a­gun Mano­rial, by the devel­oper Ma­h­a­gun, has been al­lowed to come up on the re­main­ing por­tion of the Kristal Court pro­ject 4. The Bhat­las re­fer to sec­tion 4 (4) of the UP Apart­ment Act 2010 and say that con­sent of all the al­lot­tees of Kristal Court should have been taken be­fore re­vi­sion of the orig­i­nal plan 5. On April 30, 2015, dur­ing the hear­ing, Noida Au­thor­ity’s lawyer as­sures the court that the lay­out plan of Kristal Court has not been amended 6. On May 6, 2015, con­trary to its state­ment in the High Court, Noida Au­thor­ity ap­proves the lay­out plan of Ma­h­a­gun Mano­rial
