₹ 25,000 per sq ft for pre­mium projects. The first op­tion is avail­able in New Gur­gaon and the pre­mium op­tion along Golf Course Road

Sec­ondary op­tions: Cur­rently, the sec­ondary mar­ket trans­ac­tions are in­ject­ing much-needed mo­men­tum in the mar­ket. Th­ese prop­er­ties are be­ing of­fered at dis­counts rang­ing from 15% to 30% by in­vestors des­per­ate to exit the mar­ket
