A new realty hub in Sohna
Taking a cue from Dwarka Expressway, Crossings Republik, Raj Na g ar Extension and Greater Noida West, about 11 builders have come together to develop and promote Sohna as an affordable realty destination. As many as 2,000 acres will be developed in the area to be marketed as ‘south’ of Gurgaon.
Licences have already been given to build around 65,000 houses on 700 acres of land, a spokesperson of the new builders’ consortium has said.
Builders active in the area include Supertech Limited, Ashiana Homes, Ashiana Housing, Central Park, Eldeco, ILD, CHD Developers, Silverglades, MKS Ventures, Gold Souk and Nimai Developers.
South of Gurgaon is located on the foothills of the Aravallis. There are many schools that are operational in the area. The main advantage of the area is its location. It is just a 20-minutes drive from main commercial hubs like Cyber City and Golf Course Road and shopping malls of Gurgaon.
On offer will be affordable housing projects priced at around ₹ 4,500 per sq ft.
“South of Gurgaon is just a few minutes away by car from the main Gurgaon city, which is expensive for the middle class buyer.
