In 2012 af­ter a long-drawn fight put up by both builders and home­buy­ers, the NCR Plan­ning Board (NCRPB) gave its nod to the mas­ter plan in the area, clear­ing the way for re­sump­tion of con­struc­tion of hun­dreds of projects in Greater Noida West Prop­erty val­u­a­tions: Most res­i­den­tial projects in the area were launched at ₹ 1,800 per sq ft and the cur­rent value of projects is around ₹ 3,200 per sq ft. Prices in this mar­ket will not rise more than ₹ 4,000 per sq ft in the next 18 months due to the de­mand-sup­ply sit­u­a­tion, say ex­perts
