ITBP holds ex­cur­sion tour for school­child­ren of Ch­hat­tis­garh tribal ar­eas

Indo-Ti­betan Border Po­lice (ITBP) or­gan­ised an ex­cur­sion tour for the school­child­ren of Konda­gaon of Ch­hat­tis­garh, who won sev­eral medals at state level sport com­pe­ti­tions, such as archery, judo, hockey etc. Th­ese stu­dents have been trained and groomed by ITBP in­struc­tors on the spot. The tour started on Jan­uary 29 and will ter­mi­nate on Fe­bru­ary 3, 2018.

21-mem­ber team con­sist­ing of 20 stu­dents (16 girls, 4 boys) and one teacher from Kondagoan (Ch­hat­tis­garh) are vis­it­ing sev­eral his­tor­i­cal places in New Delhi.

The team met Union Home Min­is­ter Ra­j­nath Singh along- with RK Pach­nanda, DG, ITBP and shared their ex­pe­ri­ences on the tour.
