LUDHIANA: The kindergaten students of BCM Arya Model School, Ludhiana, put up a vibrant performance at the annual function held on Monday.

Many esteemed guests like Mamta Malik Ruma ( dietician, CMC), RB Khanna ( school advisor), SK Mehta, Amar Jyoti and the parents of these kids had come to cheer them.

The major highlights of the function were performances such as Papa ki Pari, Rajasthani dance, classical performance, Punjabi dhamaal and Bharat Natyam by tiny classical dancers. Skits on female foeticide and importance of co-curricular activities were an eye opener.

Co-ordinator Priti Behl con- ducted interactive games for the parents. She called them on stage to make them overcome their stage fear.

Principal Dr Vandna Shahi said, “ Every child’s individuality must be respected and their efforts must be appreciated. Parents should not impose their unfulfilled dreams on their kids rather they must give them the opportunity to achieve their own dreams.”
