Schoolchildren learn about north India’s geography
The Class 9 and 10 students of Guru Gobind Singh Public School visited Dr Uppal Museum of Water Resources at Punjab Agriculture University (PAU)to gain knowledge about the diverse geography of north India.
After the field trip, students used the information they had gained during the visit to make projects.
Most of the young visitors to the museum chose to prepare projects on Kailash peak and the holy lake of Mansarovar. Staff members and students enjoyed the education trip and thanked the school principal Manjit Kaur for organising the trip for the students.
