The ses­sion on ‘Trends From Food Courts’ fol­lowed up next. The key high­lights of the dis­cus­sion cen­tered around con­sumer pref­er­ence on taste, pric­ing, pack­ag­ing, tim­ing etc., In­vest­ments vs re­turns and the chal­lenges and scope of food courts in In­dia.

The last ses­sion of the day was a two-hour ses­sion ti­tled 16 Star­tups that Changed the Taste of In­dia. The fi­nal­ists pre­sented a 3-minute video of their brand, show­cas­ing their con­cept, ex­e­cu­tion and re­sults. This was fol­lowed by a two-minute in­ter­ac­tion with the Grand Jury and the au­di­ence.
