Mak­ing of the Brand

“Apart from tra­di­tional fine din­ing ex­pe­ri­ences, there are age old streets where, on the two sides one will find food hawk­ers of­fer­ing a va­ri­ety of cuisines, gen­er­a­tion af­ter gen­er­a­tion. We have branded our food court as ‘Just Food Kolkata’ which will of­fer a va­ri­ety of cuisines”, said Atul Choubey, Founder, JFK.

A Brand-new Con­cept

JFK brought to­gether four highly-ex­pe­ri­enced hos­pi­tal­ity in­dus­try spe­cial­ists to cre­ate a new brand of hos­pi­tal­ity for the con­sumers. It pro­poses a new trend of con­cep­tu­al­iza­tion, de­sign­ing and im­ple­men­ta­tion of the en­tire set up.

“With an in­vest­ment of about ₹1.5 crore and around 7,000-8,000 sq.ft space, we can eas­ily setup a fully- equipped 8-12 counter food court with a cen­tral kitchen”, says Choubey. JFK will also of­fers an ini­tial six months op­er­a­tion with the fur­ther op­tion of to­tal takeover of op­er­a­tions by the in­vestor or re­tain­ing JFK on a re­tain­er­ship ba­sis. They also want to de­velop very strong cui­sine based brands un­der the um­brella of JFK, which in­cludes their chain wide ‘Satvik’ brand pro­gram.
