• Stretch­ing – the day I ex­er­cise or run, I stretch for at least 20 min­utes be­fore I be­gin, to pre­vent in­juries

• Wa­ter – if I am run­ning long dis­tance, I add En­erzal to the wa­ter

• Pro­tein – I take a pro­tein sup­ple­ment af­ter a gym work­out, and also in­cor­po­rate a good amount of pro­tein in my diet.
