UNESCO KEIZO OBUCHI RE­SEARCH FEL­LOW­SHIPS PRO­GRAMME

In­dian National Com­mis­sion for Co­op­er­a­tion with UNESCO is of­fer­ing fel­low­ship op­por­tu­ni­ties for two In­dian stu­dents in­ter­ested is study­ing in Ja­pan. In­ter- cul­tural di­a­logue, in­for­ma­tion and com­mu­ni­ca­tion tech­nolo­gies, and peace­ful con­flict res­o­lu­tion, will be the fo­cus of this fel­low­ship. FI­NAN­CIAL SUP­PORT The pro­gramme is funded un­der the Ja­panese funds-in-trust un­der the ca­pac­ity-build­ing of hu­man re­sources scheme. Tu­ition fee along with liv­ing costs will be in­curred by the trust. EL­I­GI­BIL­ITY It is nec­es­sary that the can­di­dates are be­low 40, should demon­strated the abil­ity and in­ter­est to do se­ri­ous re­search work abroad and are also in a po­si­tion to seek and ob­tain ad­mis­sion in an in­sti­tu­tion abroad.
