Em­u­lat­ing Ker­ala’s Oom­men Chandy, Gowda has in­stalled cam­eras in the chief min­is­ter’s of­fice at the state sec­re­tar­iat and his of­fi­cial res­i­dence.

Gowda has also brought in an or­di­nance for timely de­liv­ery of ser­vices like Bi­har’s Ni­tish Ku­mar.
