In­deed, the melt- in­y­our- mouth cheese­cake, del­i­cately flavoured with gulkand ( can­died red rose petals), is a fine ex­am­ple of that. Crafted to tease with its de­light­fully desi rel­ish, it lends a new el­e­gance to the north Amer­i­can dessert at The Park, Hy­der­abad.
