This homemade body wash helps relieve the body of all tension. Mix some horse gram powder and fenugreek powder. Add water and make a paste. Use this to wash the body. You can also use it with a homemade scrub once a week for soft, smooth skin. Take a quarter cup each of rolled oats, raw rice, washed lentil, dalia, almonds and walnuts. Add some saffron strands and turmeric powder. Grind all the ingredients and mix. For dry skin, add a few drops of olive oil or honey and milk. For normal skin, add yogurt. Apply the paste all over and scrub in an upward circular motion.
