Cool down on a hot day with a tall glass of iced tea. Ig­nore the ar­ti­fi­cial- tast­ing pre­mix or ready­made iced tea bot­tles. Try the un­usual yet easy Wasabi Iced Tea by Chef Mukher­jee. Fill a glass with lots of ice, add ½ oz. lemon juice half oz sugar syrup, two cups of tea de­coc­tion and one fourth of wasabi. Stir it and gar­nish with fresh lemon slice and mint spring.
