Vikas Raghu­van­shi, a se­nior soft­ware an­a­lyst at ADR, says the app had more than 500 down­loads and at least 12 gen­uine com­plaints of poll code vi­o­la­tion were re­ceived and broad­cast on their web­site. “We also run an SMS cam­paign about the per­cent­age of can­di­dates with crim­i­nal back­grounds or the per­cent­age of crorepatis con­test­ing,” he says.
