Q & A

Kris Gethin is a sports therapist, professional bodybuilder, author of the Body By Design, deputy editor of Bodybuilding. com and trainer bollywood stars including Hrithik Roshan. He tells Simply Chennai that celeb or no celeb, the top excuse for skipping a workout remains the same Q. Who according to you is the fittest Indian celebrity? A. Actor Hrithik Roshan and also MTV VJ Bani J. Q. Are Bollywood star trainees more difficult to work with? Yes and no. Their long working hours and changing schedules makes it difficult for me to plan eating times, sleeping patterns and recovery periods. But their dedication and professionalism makes it easier because they are more accountable to pressure for success. Q. So is there hope for the unfit? Of course there is, especially in India. I have lived in several countries and India is by far the most motivated of them all.
