Demand for glitzier homes goes up with the rise in disposable incomes

India Today - - REAL ESTATE - by Ayesha Aleem

As incomes rise, Bangalore’s homes get glitzier. At the forefront of this change is the House of Hiranandani. Currently, the group has three ongoing projects in the city. One of them, Glen Gate, is within vicinity of Hebbal Lake and is close to the new international airport and proposed metro lines. Starting at Rs 1.5 crore, it offers flats in two-, twoand- a- half and three- BHK variants. Devanahalli is another prime locality, with its proximity to the new international airport. DLF is also building luxury homes named Bella Greens in south Bangalore off Bannerghatta Road near Hulimavu Lake, offering pristine natural views. Everything money can buy.
