This is a Tagore fest with a dif­fer­ence. Three pro­duc­tions on three dif­fer­ent days show­case the bards far reach­ing in­flu­ence in var­i­ous cor­ners of In­dia. While day one will see a dance theatre pro­duc­tion set to Tagore’s po­etry which will be jux­ta­posed with Telegu po­etry by De­vul­la­palli Kr­ishna Sas­try, Rayaprolu Subba Rao and more. Day two will see a hindi play based on Tagore’s adorable Shey that was writ­ten to sat­isfy his grand­daugh­ter’s in­ces­sant de­mand for sto­ries. Day three will see Anki Bunki Kata, a dance pro­duc­tion in­spired from tagore’s artis­tic doo­dles he cre­ated while scratch­ing parts of his manuscripts.
