In the 1977 cold war thriller Tele­fon, a rogue KGB agent cre­ates may­hem in the US by sim­ply pick­ing up a phone and read­ing a Robert Frost poem to hyp­no­tise sleeper agents who then go on to plant ex­plo­sives across the con­ti­nent.
