While they play the role of du­ti­ful, sub­mis­sive wives and daugh­terin- laws who shed tears at the drop of a hat in the se­ri­als, in the re­al­ity shows we see them in a to­tally dif­fer­ent avatar. Hum, the stars have made a suc­cess­ful tran­si­tion from soaps to turn into danc­ing di­vas in pro­grammes like

Jha­lak Dikhhla Jaa and Nach Baliye. Hats off to them.

PR­ERNA BA­JAJ, Mum­bai Apart from be­ing a bril­liant ac­tor, Drashti Dhami also won the Jha­lak Dikhhla Jaa re­al­ity show— all ow­ing to her sen­sa­tional dance per­for­mances. She had to work for over 18 hours ev­ery day for months to­gether to dis­charge her act­ing and dance as­sign­ments. Hats off to her com­mit­ment to­wards work.
