EARLY EN­TRY AT IN­DIAN SCHOOL OF BUSI­NESS

The In­dian School of Busi­ness ( ISB) re­cently launched its early en­try op­tion for its flag­ship Post Grad­u­ate Pro­gramme in Man­age­ment ( PGP), specif­i­cally de­signed to ad­dress the in­creas­ing de­mand from ta­lented fresh grad­u­ates or those with less than two years of work ex­pe­ri­ence, by pro­vid­ing them early ac­cess to world class man­age­ment ed­u­ca­tion. Can­di­dates se­lected through this pro­gramme, will se­cure a de­ferred ad­mis­sion to the one- year PGP at ISB upon com­ple­tion of 24 months of work ex­pe­ri­ence at the time of join­ing the pro­gramme. By se­cur­ing their ad­mis­sion, as­pi­rants can then fo­cus their at­ten­tion on gain­ing valu­able work ex­pe­ri­ence, max­i­miz­ing learn­ing and self- aware­ness and pur­su­ing their co- cur­ric­u­lar in­ter­ests and pas­sions. The aim is that this in­creased ex­po­sure will bring more per­spec­tive to the PGP course. The fo­cus on work ex­pe­ri­ence dur­ing the course not only al­lows stu­dents to ab­sorb con­cepts bet­ter, but also serves to boost their ca­reer growth prospects post their MBA.

Course du­ra­tion: The PGP course is taught over a pe­riod of 12 months.
