Keeping up with their promise of bringing the taste of new cities every two months to Chandigarh, Ten Towns is back with the much awaited Iranian and Syrian food festival. Start your culinary journey with the much recommended Isabelle Salad. It is an interesting toss up of beetroot, radish, crunchy celery, stark and cucumber. Kawag was next on our platter—an interesting dish with chicken/lamb stew that goes deliciously well with a mound of bulgur on the side. Very well flavoured and finely cooked. Dolmeh Gojeh Farangi found us next—a unique preparation of tomatoes stuffed with meat, served along with richly flavoured rice. Just four months since it opened, Ten Towns is already on the hot list of food enthusiasts. If you are looking at sitting by the glass door, loosing yourself in the aroma of rich herbs, do drop by! At Sector 26, Chandigarh Tel 8591021514 Meal for two Rs 1,000
