Edo, the city’s pre­mium Ja­panese restau­rant, now has a new chef. He is bring­ing au­then­tic food from the Land of the Ris­ing Sun to our plates. Chef Kikuta from Tokyo has 30 years of ex­pe­ri­ence across places like Ger­many, In­done­sia and UAE and spe­cialises in Tep­pa­nyaki style of cook­ing. Guests are just as im­pressed with his sashimi, sushi and Teriyaki prepa­ra­tions. At Edo, he makes a won­der­ful Ro­batayaki Mori, which is a tra­di­tional plat­ter of as­sorted seafood. The Age­mono is another spe­cial cre­ation—bas­ket of tem­pura prawns and veg­eta­bles, all el­e­gantly pre­sented.
