Edo, the city’s premium Japanese restaurant, now has a new chef. He is bringing authentic food from the Land of the Rising Sun to our plates. Chef Kikuta from Tokyo has 30 years of experience across places like Germany, Indonesia and UAE and specialises in Teppanyaki style of cooking. Guests are just as impressed with his sashimi, sushi and Teriyaki preparations. At Edo, he makes a wonderful Robatayaki Mori, which is a traditional platter of assorted seafood. The Agemono is another special creation—basket of tempura prawns and vegetables, all elegantly presented.
