Now Union Min­is­ter of Com­mu­ni­ca­tions and In­for­ma­tion Tech­nol­ogy Kapil Sibal is all set to turn lyri­cist for a Ra­jku­mar San­toshi film. The film, ten­ta­tively ti­tled La­hore, is based on Par­ti­tion. With the tele­com sec­tor in the dol­drums, it is no won­der that Sibal has so much time to spare.
