For Sal­morejo • Tomato 200 gms • Bread 100 gms • Gar­lic 2 cloves • Salt to taste • Ex­tra vir­gin olive oil 2 tbsp For Gar­lic Bread

• French loaf (sliced) 2 • But­ter 2 tsp • Gar­lic 2 cloves

Method

For Sal­morejo • Take out the eye of the tomato, soak bread in chilled wa­ter and ex­tra vir­gin olive oil • Blend tomato, gar­lic and bread in a blen­der, ad­just sea­son­ings

For Gar­lic Bread Toast

• Peel gar­lic, finely chop and sauté • Soften but­ter in a bowl and mix sautéed gar­lic • Slice bread for the toast and spread the gar­lic but­ter and toast • Serve with Sal­morejo
