• Di­ges­tive Bis­cuit • Cin­na­mon pow­der • Brown Su­gar • But­ter • Cream • Lemon juice • Ic­ing Su­gar • Whipped Cream • Grapes

Method

Cookie Crumb (Into a blen­der) • Add di­ges­tive bis­cuit • Add cin­na­mon pow­der • Add brown su­gar • Add but­ter • Blend all in­gre­di­ents well • Add cookie crumbs into a square mould • Press it down to cre­ate a base • Re­frig­er­ate for 15 to 20 min­utes

For the fill­ing

• Add cream to a bowl • Add lemon juice • Add ic­ing su­gar • Whisk all in­gre­di­ents well • Add fill­ing into the mould • Re­frig­er­ate for 2 to 3 hours For pre­sen­ta­tion

• Heat the mould a bit for easy re­moval • Flip into a plate • Cover with whipped cream • Add blue­ber­ries • Dust cas­tor su­gar onto the grapes • Add grapes to the cheese cake
