Vanilla ice cream Sea­sonal fruits (ap­ples, kiwis, straw­ber­ries) 2 pack­ets di­ges­tive bis­cuits 4 tbsp co­coa pow­der 4 tbsp sugar 30 ml but­ter 3 tbsp bak­ing flour 1 cup wa­ter


Crush the bis­cuits and set aside. For the choco­late sauce, heat but­ter in a saucepan. Add flour and a lit­tle bit of wa­ter to form a fine paste. Then add co­coa, sugar and re­main­ing wa­ter and al­low it to sim­mer on low heat till the sauce thick­ens.

Line the bot­tom of a dessert bowl with one third of the crushed bis­cuits. Pour some choco­late sauce over the crumbs and then add a layer of melted ice cream. Top it with a sea­sonal fruit like ap­ples. Add another layer of ice cream and fruit. Cover that in a layer of the choco­late sauce and add another layer of ice cream. Pour over the last of the sauce and bis­cuits and gar­nish it with chopped straw­ber­ries. Set in the freezer for a cou­ple of hours.
