Avoid the toilet

If your toothbrush is near the toilet, always close the lid and flush as flushing disperses contaminated water droplets

Never in the cabinet

Never store a toothbrush inside the bathroom cabinet, where air cannot circulate. This could promote bacterial growth

Keep it upright

Keep it upright, in the open and avoid putting more than one brush in a mug, to avoid cross-contamination

Replace it regularly

Replace your toothbrush every three months. And do not ever share one
