Hawai Adda

An Airbus A320, once part of the Air India fleet, has been turned into a 65-seat restaurant called Hawai Adda, in Ludhiana. Transported from Delhi, the plane was modified to create the country’s only such restaurant. Owned by entrepreneur Jaswinder Singh and his cousins, the restaurant serves only vegetarian food and no booze—just like a domestic flight.
