11.11/ELEVEN ELEVEN This brand is an ideal amalgamation of luxury and eco-friendly ethos. Shani Himanshu, founder, works on creating links between farmers, weavers, natural dyeing and block printing traditions. "At 11.11 / eleven eleven we’ve been working with khadi for many years and use 100 per cent natural dyes. We prefer to use the term homespun as most of the khadi fabric is spun on the amber charkha and produced in cottage industries," says Himanshu. One of the best examples of this is the ahimsa silk saree made with real silver zari yarn.

What's New For Autumn Winter 2017 collection, 11.11/eleven eleven explores the strong sense of identity and the migratory pattern from the Banjara tribe. It gets its inspiration from abstract geometric forms that use fine bandhani work on khadi cotton and silk.
