The in-house patis­serie of Aau­ris, a lux­ury bou­tique ho­tel in the city, is cur­rently host­ing a food fes­ti­val chris­tened 3C, which fo­cusses on three deca­dent in­gre­di­ents and per­haps the most in­dul­gent mem­bers of the food uni­verse—cheese, choco­late and caramel. The menu packs in un­usual en­tries like quirky cheese cake hy­brids rang­ing from cheese­cake brownie, banof­fee cheese­cake and a boozy Mal­ibu cheese­cake. For choco­late lovers there’s choco­late mint tart, clas­sic choco­late mud cake and gooey choco­late fudge cake crammed with apri­cots, hazel­nuts and dol­lops of ricotta cheese.
