Gram sabha does due dili­gence on ben­e­fi­cia­ries’ list culled from the sur­vey; re­moves in­el­i­gi­ble names, ranks the others

List pub­lished on AwaasSoft dash­board. Prior to that, all dis­putes chal­leng­ing the gram sabha’s de­ci­sion are re­solved

The Cen­tre sends list to state gov­ern­ment, which in turn for­wards it to district ad­min­is­tra­tion

MNREGA job card num­ber, bank de­tails of ben­e­fi­ciary up­loaded on dash­board. Des­ig­nated site of new con­struc­tion pho­tographed and geo-tagged us­ing AwaasApp

Ben­e­fi­ciary starts re­ceiv­ing grant in­stal­ments in his/ her ac­count as the con­struc­tion reaches dif­fer­ent lev­els. There are five lev­els of in­spec­tion

At dif­fer­ent points, pho­to­graphs show­ing the level com­pleted are taken through AwaasApp, and ap­proved by the con­cerned au­thor­ity on AwaasSoft

Once con­struc­tion is com­plete, a fi­nal in­spec­tion is con­ducted us­ing AwaasApp. Later, ben­e­fi­ciary is deemed to have availed the ben­e­fit
