1. APPLY ALOE VERA on your skin to retain its moisture and 10 to 20 ml of freshly extracted juice may be taken as an oral supplement.

2. FOR FRESH AND HEALTHY SKIN, mix 2 tsp of rose water, a few drops of glycerine and 1/2 tsp of lemon juice and apply it on the face.

3. TURMERIC OR HALDI mixed with gram flour (besan) and sandalwood powder applied to the skin makes it soft and glowing, and helps remove blemishes.

4. NEEM OR MARGOSA tree leaves are natural cleansers. One can consume 10 to 20 ml of freshly extracted juice of neem leaves for clear skin.
