Hope: Again

IVF India - - Editorial -

The journey from the first to the second issue of IVF India has been momentous. The Best of the Best Issue created a sensation as soon as it hit the stands. We were applauded for our efforts both by the readers and the professional community. Our decision to seek and implement the best quality parameters paid off. As a reader wrote in, “It is the most authentic guide for a person like me seeking a solution to my infertility problem. After going through the magazine, I felt an optimism which was missing since a long time...” The professional community accepted us with silent approval, which vindicated our earlier stand of sincerity and competence. The first issue also brought to us a number of couples who have been traumatized by infertility since a long time. We tried our best to guide them to the right centres and are happy to state that over 70% of them are carrying a child. From this issue onwards IVF India will be published at regular intervals to reach out to thousands of those couples who need guidance. Newer technology is improving success rates in ART but we still have a long way to go. The interface between an embryo and the womb is still the biggest enigma and till such time that is understood, higher successes would remain elusive. We as always look forward to your feedback of this issue so that we continue to improve for a better, more fertile tomorrow.
