KEEP IN MIND

Marwar - - Special Feauture -

Since Marwari families are usually large, it is important to pick a destination that is easily accessible and convenient to get to, especially for the older members of the family.

Make sure that the destination and hotel selected have the infrastructure to offer a wide selection of vegetarian food.

Hotels selected also need to have the flexibility to host Indian chefs and maharajs who can make sure that the essential food requirements are met with.

Though it is a destination wedding, it is not uncommon to have 200 to 300 guests present at the hotel. So the venue needs to have larger banquet spaces that can be reserved for all the pre-weddings rituals such as the sangeet, the mehendi and the haldi.

A suitable venue for the sangeet needs to be a top priority. Marwari sangeet ceremonies are quite elaborate with family members putting in a lot of effort. Making sure this function is highlighted with the right venue is important.
