A large number of schools today have initiatives to provide the best sports infrastructure to encourage sports education Studies show that physical activity improves concentration levels as well as more composed behaviour. Activities in PE help children develop social interactions and learn the importance of volunteering, leadership, community engagement and altruism. Improved physical health, academics and social interactions all contribute to good mental health.
PE is essential for the development of motor skills--hand-eye coordination, body movement which helps in the development of a healthy body posture.
