Summer is the time to drool over mangoes and the level of excitement becomes extraordinary when they rule South East Asian palate. With Chef Veena’s Summer collection menu inspired from the regions of Kerala, Srilanka, Thai and Vietnam, you will be left wanting for more. The menu promises to steal hearts with specialties put together with ripe or raw mangoes, complemented with Chef’s specials, wonderfully complemented by rice, chicken, prawns, sole fish, veggies and exotic spices.
