Ever since it began making its presence felt as the tallest hotel tower in the country, the St. Regis in Mumbai has been unceasing in its efforts to raise the bar and offer its guests an experience that is – to sum up in a word – matchless. The stunning views of Mumbai city and the Arabian Sea from its suites or the inimitable quality of service of the St. Regis Butler, a first of its kind initiative in the country, the hotel has pulled out all the stops to ensure that it is right up there in the reckoning along with the best of them.
It has often been said that when it comes to experiences designed to satiate the soul, food is pretty high up on the ladder. The thought resonates like a clear, ringing bell in the context of hotels where the quality of cuisine is one of the key factors that contribute towards creating that elusive wow factor.
The St. Regis, Mumbai has this particular base covered extremely well. Its four specialty restaurants offer the very best in Indian, Japanese, Pan Asian and European cuisine where tradition is combined with modernity and served on a platter with exquisite finesse.
Yuuka, the luxurious, modern Japanese fine dining restaurant located at the hotel’s 38th floor is a classic case in point.
