Var­i­ous tex­tures of black-gold por­toro mar­ble, high gloss mir­rors and Ja­panese bro­cade in­ter­play to cre­ate a de­con­structed origami pat­tern that is chic and con­tem­po­rary.

The lat­est menu in­cludes dishes such as: Tokyo Style Soft Shell Crab; Ha­machi Carpac­cio, Curry Basil Shrimp on Fire, Spicy Sal­mon Gombu Soup, Yaki To­morokoshi (Corn), Taro Tem­pura with Pur­ple Sweet Po­ta­toSpicy Sautéed String Bean, Seared Sal­mon Fresh or­ange; Ebi Yaki Udon; Peach in Yuzu Honey; Wasabi Hi­rame Shiso.
