It is really saddening to read about the sudden demise of G.S. Roongta. I have been reading Money Times and his articles from the last 10 years. I used to buy the issue from the railway station stands and would look forward to his views every week. RIP Guruji and best wishes to the Money Times team for your journey ahead. Please accept my condolences on the sudden demise of the very popular Shri. Roongtaji - our beloved guru. May his soul rest in peace! I have been an ardent fan of Money Times and Shri. Roongtaji since the past three and half years. The last issue came with a brute shock that our beloved Shri. Roongtaji has left us forever.
While there is no substitute for him, I am sure that the path he has shown is mostly the untrodden path but a definite one to help us reach our goals. The light of knowledge that he has ignited will remain burning in our hearts forever and will guide us through dark and tough times. He has taught us that enormous wealth can be created in non-fancy stocks which the world continues to ignore.
Today, the investing fraternity has lost a fatherly figure whom we admire so much. I am sure that the legendary work he has produced in the past will continue its miracle even in his absence. Please treat this email as my condolences to the true investing legend - RIP Roongtaji
