Book donation drive on World Literacy Day
MOUNT Litera Zee School (MLZS) celebrated World Literacy Day across its network of schools in the country. On this occasion, MLZS organised a book donation drive for underprivileged children. The school created a library for a week while some of the children helped the support staff to learn basic skills to write their names and signature. These activities helped the children explore the areas of reading and extending their small support to the society. Additionally, MLZS also conducted cultural programme in schools where children performed various activities on the theme of literacy. The activities made students aware of the value of reading and writing, and how a small act of book donation could create a huge difference in the lives of others.
