From us to you

Dear readers, Welcome to a very special issue of M&B. As most of you know, August 1st to 7th is celebrated as World Breastfeeding Week. Yes, this is indeed a very important week, particularly for everyone here at M&B. We’re sure you’re aware that the ideal time to exclusively breastfeed your baby is for the first six months of his life. But what does that really mean? More importantly, does every mother experience that intimate bond with their baby?

Our Breastfeeding Special has tried to help tackle every problem that a nuring mother is likely to face. And we sure hope you can take something away from it. But, the real story, and a rather special one of our team, is the story of Nameeta Sohoni, our Cover Mum. Her’s is one that will inspire, encourage and motivate you to give your child the very best. The love and dedication that Nameeta demonstrated has been told to us, in her own words, so don’t miss it!

Apart from this, we have the necessities you’ll need to help you on your breastfeeding journey. From nursing pillows, breast pumps, capes, nipple shields and even ideal positions to ensure your baby feeds effectively, we bring you everything you’ll possibly need.

And as always, we do hope you enjoy this issue. Happy nursing!

Cheers!
