From us to you

Dear readers, The festive season is upon and we begin with the festival of lights! There’s a certain excitement that’s filling the air, and no matter how you look at it, a sense of fun has been ushered in. What better time than now to plan that much-needed getaway for some quality time with your loved ones? When it comes to an adventure, you’ll be spoilt for choice.

Of course, the Diwali break isn’t the only exciting thing to look forward to. Halloween is around the corner and that means plenty of spooks and candy to go around. We have a DIY that’s guaranteed to make this holiday fun for both, you and your kids. But while Halloween does mean indulging in those sweet treats, make sure you get a balanced diet, particularly if you’re an expectant mum. Additionally, we have an article that will help you give your kids that much-needed dose of nourishment in the form of veggies.

Now, we know that Diwali does mean a break from school and homework for a few days, but we believe that learning is an everyday affair. Perhaps, these simple tricks can help you keep your child learning, without him knowing it, and maybe even enjoy the subject of math in the process.

And as always, we have a whole lot packed into this issue. From expert advice addressing all your queries, to the latest in healthy treats, beauty needs and baby care offerings that have hit stores, we sure hope you can make the most of our October special.

And on that note, I wish you a very Happy Diwali!

Cheers!
