Sany In­dia or­ga­nizes pro­mo­tional event for con­cret­ing & Lift­ing equip­ment

Sany Heavy In­dus­tries In­dia is ac­tively work­ing out newer busi­ness strate­gies to drive sales of its con­cret­ing equip­ment com­pris­ing of con­crete batch mix plants, tran­sit mix­ers, and the newly in­tro­duced

Cat head tower cranes. The com­pany re­cently or­ga­nized a pro­mo­tional event in Delhi for show­cas­ing its prod­uct range and tech­ni­cal com­pet­i­tive­ness. re­ports.

Speak­ing to NBM&CW on the side­lines of the event, Mr. San­jay Sax­ena Vice Pres­i­dent & Busi­ness Head- Heavy Equip­ment & Con­crete Busi­ness, Sany Heavy In­dus­tries In­dia pvt ltd, said, “One of our ma­jor strate­gies is to gain price com­pet­i­tive­ness through en­hanc­ing the scale of lo­cal­iza­tion at our plant in Pune. We have al­ready be­gun full scale man­u­fac­tur­ing of our STM 6, 6 cum ca­pac­ity and STM 7, 7

cum Ca­pac­ity tran­sit mix­ers that fea­ture high dis­charge rates and re­ten­tion of con­crete ho­mo­gene­ity. We are pro­vid­ing op­tion of Lelyand, Tata, Eicher or AMW chas­sis to the cus­tomers. The mix­ers’ drum has a thick­ness range of 4-5-6 mm, and is made of su­pe­rior steel grade.”

He added, “New in the port­fo­lio is our tower crane for which we have be­gun assem­bly at our Pune fa­cil­ity. Launched this year in June, the SYT 63 (T 5013-5) 5-ton tower crane is the best in class of­fer­ing in the cat­e­gory. Suited for lift­ing steel and other sec­tions, the crane is highly suit­able for high rise lift­ing so­lu­tions.It comes with high lev­els of rugged­ness as it is made of Q 345 grade of steel, and made highly durable through ap­pro­pri­ate lev­els of shot blast­ing on the sur­face. Limit switches for all three mech­a­nisms, anti-col­li­sion de­vice, anemome­ter for gaug­ing wind pres­sure, seam­less tubu­lar masts and rest­ing plat­form in ev­ery sec­tion of the masts are the ad­di­tional fea­tures.”

SYT 63 (T5013-5) comes with a jib length of 50 me­ters at which it can lift 1.30 tons. It can lift max­i­mum rated load of 5 tons at 2.5 me­ters work­ing ra­dius, and has a free stand­ing
